Welcome to the Los Angeles Lacrosse League

The Los Angeles Lacrosse League is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) open enrollment youth lacrosse organization, for both State and Federal tax purposes, started in 1999 with our first season in 2000, and is dedicated to teaching youth lacrosse, promoting youth lacrosse and advancing amateur youth lacrosse to school aged children in Los Angeles in a safe and sportsmanlike manner.  LA Lacrosse League, "Where Every Kid Plays!"

Check out the seasons/sessions page at the left for the current program for your child's age group.

The Los Angeles Lacrosse League (LA Lacrosse, or LALL) relies on the membership support and volunteerism from lacrosse players, lacrosse coaches, lacrosse officials and lacrosse enthusiasts to organize and fund our youth lacrosse operations.  Prior to our initiating this program in the 2000 lacrosse season, there was no opportunity for youth to openly enroll in any program offering lacrosse in all of Los Angeles County.

Ask how we can help develop the LALL in your area starting in 2008!

Summer Lacrosse Opportunities at the LALL

by posted 04/23/2008

There are several summer options for summer lacrosse at the LALL.  Here are just a few on the WestSide:

For New Players
If you are new to lacrosse, we recommend you attend Nick Sherman's Summer Lacrosse Training Clinics.  Click on www.Lacrossetrainingclinics.com.  to find out more.

For High School U18 WestSide Warriors

The LA Lacrosse League will provide WestSide Summer Lacrosse for U18 (rising Freshmen, Soph., Jr. and Sr.’s) players from June to August at Pali High Stadium by the Sea.  This program is designed to be a learning experience at a very competitive level.
We will run two different groups.   Group 1 will be for players with starting Varsity Experience who hope to be recruited to play lacrosse in college at any level (D1, D2, D3 or Club) and Group 2 will be for players who have one or more years of experience in a supporting role on a High School JV or Varsity Team, or are rising Freshman with1 or more years of experience playing in a Middle School program.   For insurance purposes all participants must be current members of US LacrosseThe final decision of which group players participate in will be determined by the coaches after evaluating each player’s ability at the position they play and the needs of the group.
We are currently finalizing dates. However, you can expect to have two evening practices per week in June, until squads are determined. After squads are determined, we will practice at least one evening per week and have inter-squad and intra-squad games or we will host visiting teams. Schedules are subject to change during the course of the summer. Additionally, we plan to have two teams participate in the Adrenaline Lacrosse - 2008 Boys Summer Team Camp at Sonoma University, in Sonoma, CA, one  July 17 – 20 and the other July 24-27. The cost of this optional camp includes room and board.
Cost of the Adrenaline Team Camp is a separate fee and is not paid to the LALL. If you plan on participating in the Adrenaline Lacrosse – 2008 Boys Summer Team Camp, you must sign up for that event when you sign up for the LALL WestSide U18 Summer program.
