US Lacrosse membership instructions...

COMMON TASKS

PARENTS RENEWING THEIR CHILD'S MEMBERSHIP
PARENTS JOINING THEIR CHILD AS A MEMBER FOR THE FIRST TIME
ADULTS RENEWING YOUR INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
ADULTS JOINING FOR THE FIRST TIME

US Lacrosse launched a new online member management tool on August 7, and the join/renewal process has changed as a result of this new tool. The biggest change to the previous system is that each US Lacrosse member now has an online account that they must be signed into in order to conduct online transactions on the US Lacrosse web site. If you have had any previous relationship with US Lacrosse (current member, former member, parent of a member, etc.), it's likely than an account is already set up for you. You can access that account information in one of two ways:

Go to the Sign-On page and click on the "Email me my login information" or click on the "Activate my account" link. If you are unable to access your account, contact US Lacrosse member services at 410.235.6882 #102 (Please note that we are currently experiencing heavy call volume as we transition to this new web interface).

If you don't think that you have an existing US Lacrosse account, Go to the Sign-On page and click on the "I would like to register for a new account link."

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PARENTS
To join/renew your child's membership, you must be logged into your own personal account in order to complete the transaction. Detailed step-by-step directions follow depending on whether or not you are renewing an existing member or joining for the first time.

PARENTS RENEWING THEIR CHILD'S MEMBERSHIP
Step 1
: A parent must login to their own individual US Lacrosse online account before proceeding with your child’s membership. Even if you have never been a member, you likely have a record in the US Lacrosse system. Go to the Sign-On page and click on the “Click here to Email me my login information.” An email will be sent to the email address we have associated with your record.

Step 2: Go to your email account and click on the link within the body of the email to activate your US Lacrosse account.

Step 3: You will now be on the My Account page, but still need to purchase the membership. Choose the Family Management option on the left-hand menu.

Step 4: Click the radio button next to your child’s name, and then click the Blue Membership button above your child’s name.

Step 5: Proceed through the screens to complete your purchase.

PARENTS JOINING THEIR CHILD AS A MEMBER FOR THE FIRST TIME
Step 1
: Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase products on the US Lacrosse system. The parent must first create an online account for themselves. Go to the Sign-On page and click on the I would like to register for a new account link.

Step 2: Complete the information on the page for yourself, and then click on the “Register and then Register Additional Family Members” button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: A new screen will appear and in the top drop down box choose parent/guardian, and in the second drop down box choose child. Then complete the rest of the page with your child’s information.

Step 4: You will now be on the My Account page, but still need to purchase the membership. Choose the Family Management option on the left-hand menu.

Step 5: Click the radio button next to your child’s name, and then click the Blue Membership button above your child’s name.

Step 6: Proceed through the screens to complete your purchase.

ADULTS RENEWING YOUR INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

Step 1: Login to your individual US Lacrosse online account before proceeding.

On the left-hand menu bar and choose the Renew Membership option.

Step 4: Proceed through the screens to complete your purchase.

ADULTS JOINING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Step 1
: Create an online account for yourself. Go to the Sign-On page and click on the “I would like to register for a new account” link.

Step 2: Complete the information on the page for yourself, and then click on the “Register” button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: You will now be on the My Account page, but still need to purchase the membership. Choose the Join Membership option on the left-hand menu.
